3 Ingredient Pizza Crescent Rolls

These 3 ingredient pizza crescent rolls are quick and easy for weeknight dinners.

In my head, I love to dream up big, elaborate family dinners, where we sit around our dining room table with candles lit, indulge in a multi course meal (Downton Abbey style, lol!)  that everyone likes and isn’t in a rush to get up from the table…and magically all of the dirty dishes wash themselves.

But then real life kicks in. I get into a slump of thinking up delicious recipes – or the dishes I think everyone will like, they don’t. Or there’s an evening sport event. Or the weather is crummy and I just want to curl up in bed with a hot cup of coffee and watch Hallmark love stories. Or we finally have a kick in our step to get back to working on the house. Or I don’t want to clean up the kitchen so we just decide to go out to eat. Or…the list goes on.

  1. I hate to ask this: but if you add pepperoni or sausage, would it need to be cooked first or would it cook adequately during the baking? (I swear that is a serious question!)

    1. Hi Janet!

Great question! Yes, if you are using sausage, it would need to be cooked beforehand. If it’s pepperoni, (like the kind sold in packages in the pizza sauce isle of the grocery store) then nope, you do not need to cook that beforehand. Happy baking!!
