One pot dinners are perfect for busy weeknights when you don’t have a lot of time to prepare the meal or clean up after a meal. These recipes are delicious, easy and all kid approved!
Being a busy mom of three young kids, quick and easy, one pot meals are essential to helping me stay on top of my game. Not only are all of these meals delicious, they also offer quick and easy clean up! No one wants to be in the kitchen cleaning for hours after the meal has already been eaten!
One Pot Lasagna
My kids and I cooked this on live TV and not only did we love it, but the anchors loved it as well! The hearty, savory and sweet taste of this one pot lasagna dinner will sure be a crowd pleaser!
Broccoli Cheese Soup
I cannot say enough about this broccoli cheese soup recipe. It is not only my favorite broccoli cheese soup, it is also one of my most go-to recipes during the week. It’s loaded with veggies yet they are disguised by the cheese so the kids can’t complain!
Crock-Pot Beef Sandwiches
I’ve never been a fan of sandwiches, but these crock-pot beef sandwiches are the exception! I luuuuv them – and so do my kids! Just be warned, you can’t eat just one! You will be eating until you can’t fit anymore in your belly! If you’re looking to ditch the bread, serve this crock-pot beef and the au jus over mashed potatoes…again, so so good!
Scour Cream and Noodle Bake
This was one of my very first recipes I posted on Gathered In The Kitchen and has been a family favorite ever since. This is the perfect dish when you are serving a crowd! The savory flavors keep you longing for more!
Hash Brown Potato Bake
Sometimes you just want a meal that is more like a side, this is that dinner! It’s a true comfort meal type with hash browned potatoes and crispy corn cereal!
Oven Risotto
This is another one of those meals that can also be a wonderful side. However, I prefer this as a meal because I cannot stop eating it when I make it! So I eat enough for an entire meal, rather than a side!
Potato Cheddar Soup
Potato soup at it’s finest! Chives, cheddar and bacon all pair perfectly together to make the most delicious potato cheddar soup ever!
