This easy kale salad with homemade salad dressing recipe is delicious and packed full of vitamins! It takes only a few minutes to make and uses staple pantry items!
I had bought a big bag of kale for my 7 ingredient cuppa toscana soup and had a bunch leftover so I decided to make a kale salad out of ingredients I already had at home. It was just the right amount of zesty and tangy mixed together!
I’ve got to admit, that I don’t always like kale salad. The kale leaves can be too hard and chewy, and pretty tasteless. However, there isa key to making your salad taste great – you have to massage the leaves with the salad dressing! Yes, you read that right! It’s so weird but it is literally the magic trick!
