Hi Friends!

Raise your hand if you are a fan of burgers. More specifically, raise your hand if you are a fan of craft burgers.

Craft burgers are all the rage lately. Have you noticed a craft burger joint popping up near you? We had several of them come to town where we lived in North Carolina. The more “odd” you could make a burger, the more popular it was!

I know for myself, I would much rather have a “taste-themed” burger than just a regular burger with the typical toppings of lettuce, tomato and onion. I’m not a huge meat eater, so if I’m going to eat a burger, I totally prefer it to be crazy!!

This Pub Burger with Bacon & Fried Onions will definitely knock your socks off if you’re looking for a good ol’ delicious burger. While this Caprese Burger is such a fun twist to the traditional American burger and has amazing flavor!

I had bought a container of feta cheese a couple of weeks ago but have never opened it. The other day I rediscovered it in the fridge and decided I needed to use it. I googled burger recipes with feta cheese. I liked this one best but didn’t have all of the ingredients so I ended up just leaving out what I didn’t have. They turned out sooo good! Even the kids ate some!!

As I write this post I wish I had one to eat now!

Beef Gyro Burger Recipe

Such a nice refreshing way to eat a burger! It tasted so summery! It reminded me of all of the fun summer and fall festivals we enjoy going to (Lover Boy always gets a gyro, I don’t like the lamb so I always opt out!)
