Homemade beef gyro burgers made with ground beef, Greek style pitas, and Greek cream sauce topped with tomatoes and lettuce.

Heat outdoor grill
In a bowl combine 1/4c feta cheese, 3tbs bread crumbs, 1/4tsp oregano, 1/8tsp garlic powder, 1/8tsp pepper. Add 1lb beef and mix.
Form into patties.
Place patties on a hot grill and cook to desired temperature
In a small bowl combine chopped l tomato, sour cream, shredded lettuce, and Greek seasoning
Slice a pita in half, open it and stuff with burger. Top with tomato mixture
