Kid Approved Protein Shake/Smoothie
We have a hard time getting in all of our fruits and veggies daily, and most of the time my kids just want noodles…so I’m always on the mission to figure out ways to sneak in the fruits and veggies!
This morning I tried yet another breakfast shake for my kids (and my too). We’re all so picky and just don’t like them! However, I think we finally have a winner!

Mix in blender
Ta da!!
Even my little man loved it!
I then did a little research about kids (toddlers in specific) and protein shakes. I found this article really interesting!
Sounds so good! I’ll have to try this. My kids love protein smoothies, but I think it’s because I call them ‘milkshakes.’ Is that bad? Ha! I only have one recipe I use, so we’ll have to get the ingredients to make this one, too.
Following along in my reader now! I need some serious help in the kitchen.
Welcome Lindsay!! Thank you so much! I will keep my fingers crossed that your kiddos like them! With my luck, tomorrow they won’t like them! 🙂 haha – I do try to make/post a ton of recipes that my kids WILL eat…they are sooo picky!
