Grilled Chicken, Toasted Walnuts, Strawberry, Spinach Salad
It has been SO HOT here lately that i haven’t really been wanting to cook very much, especially turn on the oven! So i decided that it would be a good idea to make a salad. I had just gone to the grocery store earlier so I had a bunch of items to choose from to top off the lettuce and spinach.
I decided to make a Grilled Chicken, Toasted Walnuts, Strawberry, Spinach Salad! Even though I am not a fan of chicken, i thought it added a really nice flavor to the overall salad!
I just had to post so many pictures because seriously this is a gorgeous salad!! It’s so good that I didn’t even need salad dressing!! But in case you want some, definitely make THIS ONE – there’s nothing like it! Best.dressing.EVER!!

- EVOO
- Chicken Strips
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Spinach
- Iceberg Lettuce
- Sliced Strawberries
- Walnuts
- 2tbs butter
- In a skillet heat up EVOO
- Cook chicken, season with salt & pepper
- Let cool and slice
- In a second skillet, melt butter and toast/brown walnuts. Let cool
- Cut up spinach and lettuce, toss with strawberries and walnuts. Top with chicken.
