Coffee Chat

Hi friends! I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! This week seemed to fly by with lots of awesomeness and production!

Let’s sit out on my porch and enjoy chatting about this past week!

Blogging Life

I returned home from Atlanta, GA, where I attended a blogging/influencer conference with some INCREDIBLY talented DIYers! I was blown away at how so many women have turned their visions into reality and are now living their dream life! It truly was inspiring. I was so thankful to have made some super great new friends while there. I’m in KariAnne from Thistlewood Farm‘s mastermind group and I was able to meet 70 of the ladies who are in that group with me. We had a blast and I’ve got a new-found inspiration and challenge (to myself) to kick it up a notch over here at Gathered In The Kitchen!

p.s. I shared all the details about the weekend on Instagram! Come follow me there!

Crafters Corner

I tried something new this week – SCREEN PRINTING on wood! Have you guys ever done that before? Wow! It was super fun and way easy! All of the supplies can be purchased at your local craft store or Walmart. You’ll be making amazing signs in no time!

Recipe of The Week

The other morning I was super craving carrot muffins. I know, sounds strange, but I was! Rather than just use carrots, I made Morning Glory Muffins. They were delicious – and we’re all still eating them today! I love when recipes make a bunch and you have baked goods that last a while!
