Coffee Chat

Hi Friends!

We just returned from a 10 Day California Coast Road Trip!! Our kids checked off state #45 (Nevada) and state #46 (California)! Yep, that’s right! their 46th state!! Traveling, exploring and spending time together as a family is really important to us. Especially as the kids get older, and have their “own lives” of things going on – between sports, school, etc.

Taking time out of our busy schedules each year is something my husband and I have always prioritized. It feels like yesterday we went on our very first family vacation as a family of three to North Carolina when we lived in Georgia. Since then, we obviously have traveled a lot since then…and have repeated states so that our youngest (who is 9 years old) would have them all checked off as well! So, for real, everyone in our family has been to 46 states together now!

While I cannot take an ounce of credit for any of the planning of our vacations, I can take the credit for taking the photos! HA! I am very blessed to have such an amazing husband!

I’ve created a 10 day road trip with kids itinerary guide to help you plan the perfect road trip along the Pacific coast of California if you’ve ever considered visiting there! This guide contains all the must-see locations, suggestions on where to eat, and recommendations on where to stay, along with suggestions for other places slightly off the coast. I hope you check it out!

🐰 Easter Inspiration! 🐣

I can’t believe that it’s almost Easter! My favorite blogging friend, Kim from Exquisitely Unremarkable, shared an amazing tutorial for Designer Easter Eggs Hack. I was blown away at how she was able to take such a high-end idea and recreate it using stickers from Dollar Tree! You’ve got to check it out!

Here are some of my favorite Easter projects and recipes that I’ve shared in the past…but are worth re-reading and saving for later!

As we approach Easter, I want to wish you all a wonderful week filled with joy, peace, and love. Take some time to reflect on the blessings in your life and cherish the moments spent with loved ones. Whether you’re celebrating with a big family gathering or enjoying a quiet weekend at home, I hope this Easter brings you happiness and renewal. Have a great week!
