Delicious and Easy Sparkling Canned Juice Mocktail Recipes
Mocktails are a great way to enjoy a refreshing and flavorful drink without the alcohol. With Mother’s Day brunch and the summer season approaching, it’s the perfect time to experiment with different mocktail recipes.
In this blog post, I’ll be sharing two different recipes for a delicious and easy-to-make mocktail using either canned strawberry concentrate or canned mango concentrate, along with sparkling water, topped with orange slices and cherries.

These mocktails are an inspiration from our recent 10-day California Coast Road Trip with Kids. There, we visited with my brother-in-law and his girlfriend for a couple of days in Walnut Creek, California…and one morning they made mango mocktails for the kids!
I thought it was super sweet that they made a fun drink for the kiddos and it got me thinking…these are a great way to celebrate Mother’s Day, especially for those moms that are pregnant, nursing or do not drink. I definitely fell into that category for almost 10 years! So, this simple take on a classic cocktail is a much appreciated win! Rather than serve my alcoholic Sunrise Mimosas, make these mocktails to go with my 8 Easy Breakfast Recipes for Mother’s Day!

Mocktail Ingredients

Step 3: Add sparkling water
Fill the remainder of the champagne flute with sparkling water, pouring slowly to ensure the juice doesn’t bubble up and spill over the rim

Step 4: Add fruit garnish
Wash an orange and slice into slivers. Add 1-2 cherries onto a toothpick and poke into either end of the orange slice. Top each glass with an orange slice and a cherry

When I made these for the kids, they all said, “ohh!! are these Vivian’s drinks?” I think from here-on-out at our house, we will call these Vivian’s Drinks! 😊 Thanks Uncle Rob and Vivian for the inspiration!
