Meatballs & Rice
One of my mom’s signature meals is Meatballs & Rice. I always looked forward to it for dinner because I just loved this dish! I made it last night and guess what?? My kids love it too! Which is a miracle because it has meat! They are actually eating the leftovers for lunch right now! 🙂 It is such a quick & easy meal that doesn’t take much time or money. Great for those times when you need a quick fix!

Here’s how you make it!

And there you have it! You can add in the whole packet of Onion Soup mix if you want, but we don’t like ours to be too onion-y. Give it a try sometime and let me know what you think of it!

Are you kidding me?!?! You are the go-to site for all the cooking ideas! I am visiting from your link at the Weekend Bloggy Linky party at Serenity Now – had no idea I would walk into a wealth of ideas for meals. Thank you! I’m joining your site and starting to cook!

Wow! Thanks so much for sharing. We all loved this & it was cheap, quick &best of all easy! My 12 year old daughter has started wanting to cook dinner, her name is Stephanie too:), and this is a great recipe for her. Easy enough to do by herself but still “real” food LOL. (aka not ramen noodles)
Oh yay! You just made my day!! Love this! This was one of my very first things I ever made too…besides cookies and cupcakes! haha – It’s so easy and tastes really good! When I was in college this was probably what I made most! …especially since it reminded me of home (since it’s my mom’s recipe!) Really hope she enjoys making it and that you’re whole family will love it! 🙂
