My daughter had her first big homework assignment for kindergarten – pick a storybook and decorate a pumpkin like one of the characters! She decided to chose Angelina Ballerina and The Silver Locket.
She painted the pumpkin white and I helped her trace ears to cut out. We used white and pink felt and glued them on with hot glue.
I used raffia to create Angelina’s hair and tied a big pink bow on. We then hot glued that to the stem.
My daughter glued on Angelina’s eyes, silver locket and beads for the necklace.
She then drew on her face. I think she did such a great job!!
