White Chocolate Ghosts for Halloween Themed Desserts
Happy Halloween!
The weather is starting to change and become slightly more cool, despite the fact that we are having a very warm fall thus far.
Even though the weather hasn’t quite cooled off, the sun certainly has started to go down earlier and the days feel shorter. Which makes me crave warm, yummy drinks, like hot chocolate…but with a spooky touch!

Ingredients

Let’s Make Them Together!

STEP 2: Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted, be careful not to scorch the chocolate
STEP 3: Gently stir the white chocolate each in between each 30 second increments

STEP 4: Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
STEP 5: Spoon a dollop of melted white chocolate on the parchment paper and pull away, downward, to create a ghost like appearance

STEP 6: Add 2 milk chocolate morsels to each white chocolate ghost for eyes

STEP 7: Place the ghosts in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to harden. Optional: Remove and place a dab of white melted chocolate on the back and place a wooden skewer stick or popsicle stick. Return to refrigerator or freezer to harden again

Serve the white chocolate chips in a mug of hot chocolate or just as a chocolate dessert! Enjoy!
