White Chocolate Chip Ghosts Recipe

Equipment

  • glass bowl
  • popsicle stick

Ingredients
  

  • white chocolate melting wafers
  • milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place a large handful of white chocolate melting wafers into a glass or microwave safe dish
  • Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted, be careful not to scorch the chocolate
  • Gently stir the white chocolate each in between each 30 second increments
  • Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
  • Spoon a dollop of melted white chocolate on the parchment paper and pull away, downward, to create a ghost like appearance
  • Add 2 milk chocolate morsels to each white chocolate ghost for eyes
  • Place the ghosts in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to harden.
  • Optional: Remove and place a dab of white melted chocolate on the back and place a wooden skewer stick or popsicle stick. Return to refrigerator or freezer to harden again
