Place a large handful of white chocolate melting wafers into a glass or microwave safe dish
Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is melted, be careful not to scorch the chocolate
Gently stir the white chocolate each in between each 30 second increments
Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet
Spoon a dollop of melted white chocolate on the parchment paper and pull away, downward, to create a ghost like appearance
Add 2 milk chocolate morsels to each white chocolate ghost for eyes
Place the ghosts in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes to harden.
Optional: Remove and place a dab of white melted chocolate on the back and place a wooden skewer stick or popsicle stick. Return to refrigerator or freezer to harden again
