Wilton Holiday Cookie Party!
Every year my kids and I host a holiday cookie party (here & here) . We like to invite our closest of friends and celebrate the upcoming holiday with them by decorating a ton of gingerbread cookies!! This year Wilton cake and cookie company sponsored our party by sending us lots of goodies to prepare and then host our party!

The secret recipe is to find the cutest little helper possible! My little guy and I were busy baking while the big kids were at school. We used my Grandma’s Gingerbread Boys recipe. We used some of our large Wilton gingerbread girls and boys cookie cutters to make one large cookie for each kiddo that came to our party to make them feel special.
Thanks to Wilton’s generosity, we had a ton of great decorating supplies for all the cookies that my little guy and I had made!
After the kids decorated their gingerbread cookies we played a fun round of Pin The Nose On Rudolph! On a large piece of crafters paper I drew a beautiful representation of Rudolph’s face – ha! I gave each kid a big red circle made from red construction paper and then paced a piece of rolled up tape on the back. I then spun the kids around three times and pointed them in the direction of Rudolph! Each kiddo had a chance to place their red nose onto Rudolph’s nose! {{we had a few cheaters, lol!}}
After the games we needed to warm up with some hot chocolate! I had made some at home before going to the park. I had bought disposable coffee cups with lids at Family Dollar and they worked out perfect!!
Overall we had a great time!! The cookies were delicious, the decorating supplies were terrific and the laughs and memories were all I could have asked for!
