- Corkscrew pasta
- 1 can Golden Hominy
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1/2 red pepper sliced
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to box
- In a large skillet heat EVOO
- Add in all vegetables. Cook until tender
- Toss with pasta
- Enjoy
