Hugs All Around

Today was a fabulous! We visited the local Zoo with our great friends! As the kiddos ran and played, us moms were able to catch up on all of life’s most important topics that only moms talk about: why my hair is so straight, why I desperately need to work out again, which grocery store is the best, who pee’d their pants (and we’re not talking about kids here), who has the biggest laundry pile (which I am proud to report that I AM DONE WITH LAUNDRY!!!! and as a matter of fact THE DISHES TOO!!! I see the gates of Heaven opening up, they angels are singing Alleluia! Go Stephanie, Go Stephanie! –well OK maybe not, but that’s what I’m saying to myself for a job well done! 🙂 …and the list goes on! (hmm, I wonder what our old teenage selves would have thought about these mind blowing, earth shattering conversations!)
Any-who…like I said, we had a great time! I think it’s pretty safe to say that the girlies did too!

Wait! that’s not them! I don’t remember them being so hairy……..

ohh here they are! 🙂

Such great friends! I can’t help but wonder if they will still be friends when they are in high school, if they’ll talk about how their moms were friends and that they’ve known each other since they were two years old! – I sure hope so!
