11 Delicious Protein-Packed Smoothie Recipes for a Healthier Breakfast!
Quick and easy breakfast options that are healthy and loaded with protein! For all of these recipes below you may choose to use fresh or frozen fruit, milk of your choice (or swap the milk for water to save on calories) and your choice of protein powder. I personally use vanilla Life Shake which has 20 grams of protein in one serving! Blend all of the ingredients in an electric blender (I use a Vitamix A3500)
01 | Strawberry Protein Smoothie
- 1 c strawberries
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

02 | Blueberry Protein Smoothie Recipe
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 c blueberries
- 1/2 c mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries or blackberries)
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

03 | Cranberries & Cream Protein Smoothie
- 1/4 c frozen cranberries
- 1/2 c greek yogurt
- 1/2 c milk
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

04 | Pumpkin Protein Smoothie
- 6 ice cubes
- 8 oz almond milk
- 3 tbs Canned Pumpkin
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4t tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder
- Dash of Cinnamon on top

05 | Strawberry Banana Blueberry Protein Smoothie
- 5-6 strawberries
- Greek yogurt (any ol’ kind will do, but about 2 small containers will be best),
- 3/4 c blueberries
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

06 | Mango, Blueberry, Raspberry, Kale Protein Smoothie
- 1/8 c mango
- 1/8 c blueberries
- 1/8 c raspberries
- 1/8 c kale
- 1/2 c soy milk
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

07 | Warm Vanilla Protein Smoothie
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbs vanilla protein powder

08 | Green Protein Smoothie
- 1/8 c mango
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/8 c pineapple
- 1/8 c spinach
- 1 serving greens booster
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

09 | Very Berry Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 c strawberries
- 1/2 c greek yogurt
- 1/4 c raspberries
- 1/4 c ice cubes
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

10 | Green Spinach Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 c spinach
- 1/2 c greek yogurt
- 1/4 c pineapple
- 1/4 c apple
- 1/4 c ice cubes
- 1/4 c water
- 2 tbs vanilla protein powder

11 | Strawberry Blackberry Protein Smoothie
- 1/2 c strawberries
- 1/2 c greek yogurt
- 1/4 c blackberries
- 1/4 c ice cubes
