Heat oven to 350 degrees

On a baking sheet lay out flour tortillas and spread with refried beans (don’t be like me and add the foil, it was a bad idea! The drippings made the tortillas stick to the foil)

Bust out a can of any ol’ Enchilada Sauce

Drizzle on a generous amount

Add well drained black beans
Mexican pizzas
Then add chopped green chiles
Mexican pizzas
Add shredded cheese and freshly diced tomatoes and bake in oven at 350 degrees until the tortilla is crispy (about 15 minutes). Top with fresh cilantro and serve!

The great thing about these is that you can add whatever you like! Make your own creations!
