Metabolism and Blueberries: Fat Blaster Smoothie
Ever grab those magazines in the checkout isle? I skimmed through one while waiting in line and was really intrigued so I bought it. Inside I read that if women who eat 1/2 cup of blueberries per day lost 33% more weight than those who didn’t! Blueberries keep your metabolism revved up all day! How awesome is that?!?
So this morning I made the choice to start the day off right! I made a Fat Blasting Blueberry Smoothie

I didn’t have bananas so I made my own Blueberry Smoothie with what I had on hand!

- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup skim or almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla Shaklee Life Shake
- Add all ingredients into blender cup and blend
- serve and enjoy
