Great way to use up those left over bits of fresh veggies
Ingredients
- 1/4 green pepper sliced
- 1 whole roma tomato
- 1/4 zucchini
- Garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to box
- Heat EVOO in skillet
- Add veggies and sautee. Season with garlic & S& P
- Drain noodles and toss with veggies
- Serve
