Day 3: Eating Vegan
My week-long journey of eating vegan. Day 3 Recipes for Eggless Cinnamon Rolls and Baked Oatmeal with Strawberries, Banana and Chocolate

Today was much much better! Probably because I made stuff that I know my family and I like, just with slight variations (ones that will probably become part of our normal now!) AND I gorged on sweets where yesterday I didn’t have any sugar except whatever is in bananas, oatmeal and the veggies. Oddly enough I had a headache last night and this morning until I did eat the cinnamon rolls (well OK, the dough!) I really think that it was because I was having sugar withdrawals. Yes, I eat way way way too much sugar apparently! We like to bake around here, what can I say? 🙂

Baked Oatmeal with Strawberries, Banana and Chocolate Dessert – This definitely is a breakfast dish, but because it had chocolate in it I thought it would be OK for dessert…ha ha ha!
