This peppermint essential oil foot scrub is refreshing and exfoliating. Made with only three ingredients, this foot scrub is great for gifts, or a spa day at home!

I have several DoTerra essential oils that I’ve bought throughout the years, and my favorite one hands down is the peppermint. It has such a refreshing fragrance to it – that doesn’t smell fake or like a candy cake. It’s like the perfect amount of fresh, light and cheery fragrance all mixed into one.
As I was thinking of Christmas gift ideas, I thought it would be really neat to create something that used the peppermint essential oil. Through some research, I came across a recipe for peppermint foot scrub. The recipe really intrigued me because it only used three ingredients…all of which I had on hand!
Supplies Needed:
- 2 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3/4 c Epsom Salt
- 5-8 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
- Ball Wide Mouth Half Pint Jars

Lets Make It Together!
It really is so simple! In the half pint jar, mix together epsom salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Once mixed, add in peppermint essential oil. Stir again and enjoy! This peppermint foot scrub would be paired great with my buffalo check monogrammed slippers!

You can doll these little jars up with bows, ribbon, flower garnish, tags, etc! The possibilities are endless! Enjoy giving away these super economical and easy foot scrub gifts!!
