This year, more than ever, I am beyond thankful for the delivery men and women who have been bringing literally every Christmas present to my doorstep. Not only is it freezing out, but there’s dang Covid to contend with. I can’t even imagine how extremely busy the workers have been since the start of this whole mess.
I now have more time to decorate my house or bake yummy Christmas goodies!
As a very simple gesture, I have placed a box of snacks on my front porch that the delivery crews can take.

Just spreading a little bit of cheer in someone’s day can go a long way. You never know what that person is going through…and a silly little bag of treats may just be the pick me-up they need!

Literally a few minutes after putting my box outside – while I ran inside to switch from my cell phone to my real camera to take photos – a package was delivered and a package of cookies were taken! Yay!!!!

Well as a postal worker I don’t need a bunch of snacks every other house does this how many snacks can 1 person eat what about our weight I have one customer that keeps 10 gift cards on their door when you deliver a package you get a gift card I need this more
