So I’ve been cooking up a storm lately because Lover Boy and I committed to not eating out for one month. However, you wouldn’t be able to tell because I’ve been kind of lazy with posting (sorry!)
Anyway, the other night when I got back from our 298 mile roundtrip to UGA I needed a really quick dinner for myself because my girlfriend (does that sound weird?? my mom always referred to her friends as her girlfriends) and I were going to a coupon class. Yes, a coupon class. We learned how to “coupon”. (I attempted it today and saved a whopping $2.70 hahaha). Back to the dinner, I looked in the fridge, grabbed a bag of lettuce and ranch dressing and then went into the pantry and pulled out dried cranberries and sunflower seeds. I threw it all together in about 37 seconds and this is what I had…
Step-by-step pictures are definitely not needed in this…I am 100% confident that you can figure this one out! 🙂
-Lettuce (your choice) – 2c
-Dried cranberries – 1tbs
-Sunflower seeds – 1tbs
-Ranch dressing -1tbs
199 – yeah baby! (for my ingredients used)
Hope you guys enjoy this really quick and healthy dinner!
p.s. I promise to get back to my normal posting tonight…once the kids are asleep!
