Celebration Salad

A light and fluffy marshmallow salad with sweetened condensed mil, frozen whipped topping, cherry pie filling, mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows and chopped nuts.

I realize that I still haven’t even posted my recipes from Christmas dinner. So I’m dedicating some time today to get all of the recipes posted!

There are a ton of varieties out there in the recipe world of fruit salads. However, me nor any members of our families had ever had one that tasted like this – it was amazing! My brother-in-law totally loved it!

Celebration Salad

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients
  • 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 30oz can cherry pie filling
  • 2 11oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
  • 15 1/4c can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1c mini marshmallows
  • 1/2c chopped nuts
  • Garnish: graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
  1. Blend milk and whipped topping together
  2. Add cherry pie filling
  3. Fold in remaining ingredients
  4. Spread into a serving bowl
  5. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
  6. Refrigerate before serving
