GA & SC Houses – Selling Comparisons
I mentioned the other day on my facebook page that Lover Boy and I did it! We sold our house here in South Carolina after being on the market 12 days! We had one showing, one offer and never had to counter offer! We were ecstatic! All I can say is Lover Boy and I know what attract people, how to bust butt and God is so so good! In all seriousness, we are blessed beyond belief!
I thought that I would put together a little comparison chart, if you will, because the sale of both of our houses has been so similar!
