Instructions
Prepare Fruit
Wash blueberries and strawberries. Trim strawberry stems and cut into small pieces, about the same size of a blueberry
Waffle Batter
In a small bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together
In a large bowl mix together wet ingredients
Incorporate wet mixture into dry mixture
Heat a waffle iron, spray with non-stick vegetable spray. Spoon in batter and top with fresh berries
Close and cook until done (each waffle iron is different on how long it will take)
