Place one sugar cone in each pan of the popover pan.
Next, break a Hershey's chocolate bar into the small rectangles and stick as many as you would like in each sugar cone (I did two pieces of chocolate in each cone).
Then place one regular sized marshmallow on top and gently squish it into the cone so it does not fall out.
Turn your oven onto to broil. My oven has a "low broil" and "high broil". I turned mine to "low broil". Once the oven has reached the set temperature, place the pan in the oven on the lowest rack and let bake for 1-3 minutes ... Pro Tip: turn the oven light on and watch the marshmallow brown and take out when golden brown. **each oven bakes differently, especially on the broil mode. So definitely stand by your oven and watch the entire time! Don't walk away!
