  • 1 28oz can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 2 10oz cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3/4 cup cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and pulse until everything is blended and a soupy consistency.
    *My recipe yielded just over 4 regular sized Mason jars (it just didn't all make it into Mason jars, haha!)
