A delicious, buttery tart filled with cream cheese and fresh fruit.

Slice plums, thin
In a bowl, mix 4oz cream cheese and 1/8 c granulated sugar
Add in 1 tsp vanilla extract
On a baking sheet, roll out 1 premade store-bought pie crust
Spread cream cheese topping on pie crust
Arrange sliced plums on top of cream cheese
Fold in pie crust edges
Brush pie edges with water
Bake at 425 F for about 25 min
