Chicken Skewers

Tumeric Dip

  • 1 c plain low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbs low-fat milk
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp sugar use Stevia to make it Keto friendly
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Chicken Skewers

  • On a cutting board, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces
  • Place in a mixing bowl and coat with extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper
  • thread onto a wooden skewer and cook on grill until cooked all of the way through

Turmeric Dip

  • Combine all of the dip ingredients in a bowl and mix
  • Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use
