Hummus and Avocado Sandwich Recipe

High grain toast smothered in hummus topped with slices of ripe avocado, tomatoes, arugula and a balsamic reduction.

- 2 slices high grain bread
- 2 tbs hummus
- 1/4 avocado sliced
- 1 slice tomato
- 1/4 c arugula
- balsamic vinaigrette reduction
- Kosher salt
Toast bread in toaster until desired doneness
Spread hummus on top of one bread slice
Add a thick slice of tomato seasoned with Kosher salt
Top with arugula and drizzle with a little balsamic vinaigrette reduction
Serve!
