Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices high grain bread
  • 2 tbs hummus
  • 1/4 avocado sliced
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1/4 c arugula
  • balsamic vinaigrette reduction
  • Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread in toaster until desired doneness
  • Spread hummus on top of one bread slice
  • Add a thick slice of tomato seasoned with Kosher salt
  • Top with arugula and drizzle with a little balsamic vinaigrette reduction
  • Serve!
