How To Make A Hanging Ghost with Fabric and a Styrofoam Ball for Outside
Ingredients
- foam balls I used size #4 balls, but you can adjust this tutorial for any size ghost you would like. Use a larger styrofoam ball for a larger ghost. Just be sure to purchase more fabric if needed
- 1 yard white muslin fabric or an old bedsheet will work just fine
- 1 spool 5/8" thick black and white polka dot ribbon
- floral wire
- lighter
- rotary cutter
- self healing cutting mat
Instructions
- Cut 1 yard white muslin fabric into 4 equal squares
- Lay muslin fabric square flat. Place styrofoam ball in the middle and gather pointed ends of fabric
- Gather fabric around the styrofoam ball and pinch with your fingers
- Tie long bow using a piece or black and white polka dot ribbon around the neck of the ghost
- Heat seal the edges of the ribbon using a lighter
- Tie a piece of floral wire around each ghost and hang outside. I hung my cute little ghost on my hanging basket rings!
