Homemade Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Homemade cauliflower pizza crust, a great alternative to a flour crust. Keto friendly!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 -10 oz bags riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425° F
  • Drain riced cauliflower - squeeze all of the excess water out
  • in a large bowl whisk egg, Italian seasoning and salt
  • mix in parmesan cheese and cauliflower
  • press cauliflower mixture into a round pizza pan
  • bake cauliflower crust at 425° F for 12-15 minutes until it's slightly browned
  • remove from oven and add toppings
  • return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes - or until thee desired "done-ness" has been reached
