Homemade cauliflower pizza crust, a great alternative to a flour crust. Keto friendly!

- 2 -10 oz bags riced cauliflower
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Preheat oven to 425° F
Drain riced cauliflower - squeeze all of the excess water out
in a large bowl whisk egg, Italian seasoning and salt
mix in parmesan cheese and cauliflower
press cauliflower mixture into a round pizza pan
bake cauliflower crust at 425° F for 12-15 minutes until it's slightly browned
remove from oven and add toppings
return to oven and bake for 10-15 minutes - or until thee desired "done-ness" has been reached
