shredded cheddar cheese

shredded lettuce
dollop of sour cream
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Brown 1/2 pound of ground beef and season with your favorite taco seasoning blend
Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet
Fill avocado bowls with ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, and tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese
Top each avocado taco bowl with shredded lettuce and sour cream to make it more like a real taco!
