Creamy Avocado Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and pit avocado
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the ingredients have reached a creamy consistency
- Chill in refrigerator until ready to use
