Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

Jalapeño Poppers

  • Wearing gloves, cut each jalapeño in half, lengthwise, and remove seeds
  • Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño with cream cheese - use as much or as little as you prefer
  • Using either a sharp knife or kitchen scissors and cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap each half slice of bacon around a jalapeño

Bake

  • Place bacon wrapped jalapeños on a foil lined baking sheet and bake about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon has reached your desired doneness
