Easy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Recipe

Oatmeal raisin cookies are fun for fall because they are warm and comforting, full of fall flavors, easy to make, and versatile. They are a perfect dessert choice for the cooler fall weather and can be customized to suit your tastes.


-flour -oatmeal -honey -eggs -brown sugar -granulated sugar -vanilla extract -butter -raisins -walnuts (optional)

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 300°F

Step 2:

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and oats. Stir to combine

Step 3:

In a stand mixer, combine butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until crumbly

Step 4:

Mix in honey, vanilla extract and eggs just until combinedcrumbly

Step 5:

Add the flour mixture and mix until just combined with butter mixture

Step 6:

Add in raisins and walnuts (optional)

Step 7:

Spoon 1" balls onto a parchment lined baking sheet, 1 1/2" apart

Step 8:

Bake for 18-20 minutes and then transfer to a wired cooling rack to stop baking
