Ingredients

romaine lettuce hearts

strawberries
washed and sliced into slivers

Monterey Jack cheese
shredded

walnuts
shelled and rough chopped into bite-sized pieces

tbs
butter
Instructions
Wash lettuce and chop into bite-sized pieces
Wash strawberries, cut off stems and slice into slivers
Grate cheese using a cheese grater
Chop walnuts into bite-sized pieces
In a medium skillet, heat 1 tbs of butter and toast the walnuts until light brown. Remove from heat and let cool
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with salad spoons
