Ravioli with Asparagus & Tomatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package cheese ravioli, store bought
  • 1 grouping asparagus, ends trimmed off
  • 1 package cherry or grape tomatoes
  • fresh basil, to garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of water to boil.
  • Sautéed some asparagus in extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Tossed in halved tomatoes. Cook for 1 minute extra. Salt & pepper to taste.
  • Keep asparagus and tomatoes warm wile ravioli cooks according to package directions.
  • Drain ravioli and toss into asparagus and tomatoes pan.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Serve and enjoy!
