Homemade Meatball Sub Sandwiches

Homemade meatballs stuffed with Parmesan cheese and Italian spices then loaded into a roll and topped with provolone cheese and tomato sauce and slightly toasted in the oven.

1 lb ground beef 1 egg 1/2 c breadcrumbs splash milk 1/8 tsp black pepper 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp salt provolone cheese Italian bread rolls pasta sauce
In a mixing bowl mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan-Romano cheese, milk and seasonings. Mix using a fork, making sure to not overmix
Form into meatballs and place in hot skillet. Cook uncovered until meat is cooked all of the way through
Place meatballs on rolls, top with sauce and provolone cheese. Place in oven at 400°F degrees until cheese is melted and bread is toasted
