Homemade meatballs stuffed with Parmesan cheese and Italian spices then loaded into a roll and topped with provolone cheese and tomato sauce and slightly toasted in the oven.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c breadcrumbs
  • splash milk
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • provolone cheese
  • Italian bread rolls
  • pasta sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl mix ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan-Romano cheese, milk and seasonings. Mix using a fork, making sure to not overmix
  • Form into meatballs and place in hot skillet. Cook uncovered until meat is cooked all of the way through
  • Place meatballs on rolls, top with sauce and provolone cheese. Place in oven at 400°F degrees until cheese is melted and bread is toasted
