Homemade Cheesy Biscuits Recipe

Soft, fluffy homemade biscuits filled with shredded cheddar cheese. These cheesy biscuits come together in minutes and bake up perfectly golden — great for breakfast, lunch, or an easy dinner side.

Ingredients
  

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse (alternatively place in a large bowl and blend with a pastry knife or fork)
  • Roll out dough to 3/4" thick
  • Cut dough into circles with Mason jar lid
  • Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, 3" apart
  • Bake for 14-15 minutes
  • Optional: Cut biscuits in half and serve with cooked sausage patties
