Cinnamon Sugar Donuts Baked In The Oven

Delicious homemade donuts baked in the oven then coated with cinnamon and sugar!

Donut Batter
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl, set aside
In a small bowl, whisk together egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Pour into bowl with dry ingredients and whisk
Spray donut pan with non-stick spray and fill 3/4 full
Bake for 12-14 minutes
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
Right before the donuts come out of the oven, prepare the cinnamon and sugar mixture in a bowl and melt the butter in a separate bowl
Remove donuts from the pan. Using a pastry brush, brush both sides of the donut with the melted butter
Dip the donut in the bowl with cinnamon and sugar. Shake off any excess
Serve warm!
