Lipton Spinach Dip

Lipton vegetable soup mix packet, sour cream, mayonnaise, spinach and Hawaiian bread make this easy appetizer a perfect dish to pass!


-Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix packet -sour cream -mayonnaise  -frozen spinach  -Hawaiian bread

Step 1:

Using a fine mesh strainer, drain defrosted spinach well, removing any excess water

Step 2:

In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Lipton soup packet. Mix with a spatula until well combined

Step 3:

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (preferably a day ahead of time if possible) before serving

Step 4:

Cut the center out of the Hawaiian loaf bread and cut into bite-sized pieces. If using Hawaiian rolls, cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a bowl and serve alongside the spinach dip
