– ground beef – onion – green pepper – canned diced tomatoes – chili pepper – salt – rice – butter – cheddar cheese
In a skillet, brown ground beef. Add seasonings and diced onions
Chop green peppers and add to skillet
Add diced tomatoes and stir
Cook rice and then add to skillet
Butter a baking dish and fill halfway with the mixture
Add cheese on top and repeat layering.. Cover with lid and bake
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve and enjoy!
