The Best Egg Salad Recipe

My mom’s classic, tried and true egg salad recipe with hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, relish, celery salt, green onions and paprika!


– eggs – mayonnaise – relish – celery salt – green onion – paprika

Step 1

Hard boil the eggs. Using an electric egg cooker, cook eggs to "hard"

Peel shell off eggs. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from the electric cooker and run under cold water to cool. Peel off shell

Food Processor. Place peeled eggs, mayonnaise, relish, chopped green onions and a dash of celery salt in a food processor and chop until combined but still chunky

Serve. Serve immediately on croissant sandwiches sprinkled with paprika and chopped green onions
