– 1 c all-purpose flour – 1 tsp baking powder – 1/2 tsp baking soda – 1/2 c sourdough starter discard – 1 tbs sugar – 1 tbs vegetable oil – 1 tsp salt – 1 egg I used a large duck egg – 3/4 c milk I used whole milk – 1 tbs butter

– In a large mixing bowl, stir together dry ingredients – Add sourdough starter discard, vegetable oil, egg and milk. Whisk to combine
