We love salsa at our house, like a lot! This summer we grew 18 tomato plants and canned over 25 jars of salsa and 20 jars of diced tomatoes. Now 6 months later we’ve run out of our canned goods and had to make more from grocery store produce. Our salsa recipe is that good! It’s basically like fresh pico de gallo.

It’s so easy to make and takes such a short amount of time.
Lets make it together!
What you need:
Knife – THIS is my absolute favorite knife in the entire world! I even take it with us when we travel!
Food Processor – THIS little one is my favorite!
Start by chopping up the tomatoes
In a food processor, blend cilantro and onion
Add everything together in a bowl and add salt and sugar
Squeeze in lime juice
Mix together and dish it up! I like to use these Pyrex Custard Cups Set because they’re big enough to fit a tortilla chip into AND everyone can have their own bowl!
The salsa tastes AMAZING with lime tortilla chips!! The flavor really blends together after it has sat for a while – kind of like chili and spaghetti sauce. It tastes better with age!
