I’m working on getting back into running – how many times have you heard me say that on here? A million? I know, I know. But this time I’m really hoping to stick with it.
While looking at Runners World website this morning I watched this video regarding oils that we cook with. I thought that it provided good information so I wanted to share it here with all of you since I’m sure a lot of you cook with oil!
I typically prefer to cook with EVOO but am glad to find out that there is really no difference other than taste when it comes to OO, EVOO, or EVLOO.
